The next day we took a lengthy and expensive taxi ride to Arlanda Airport for our overseas flight to NYC. We had wing exit seats with good leg room but also were close to the middle bathrooms which was noisy and affected our ability to get some sleep. Once we landed in NYC we quickly went through customs and retrieved our checked bags and proceeded to the airport train. One takes the train to Federal Circle and gets picked up by the hotel shuttle for close by hotels. We had to wait about 45 minutes but finally got on our shuttle. Because of the delay the front desk comped our breakfast. Nice! Pictured is the view from our 12th floor room. Tomorrow we fly to Memphis with a layover in Charlotte, arriving about 9:00pm ending our Scandinavian adventure.
