We’re currently stuck on the ICW at 9:40AM at the Onslow Beach Bridge near Camp Lejeune, which has had a terrible reputation over the past year for being open for only one hour from noon to 1pm, the reason being that they are building and constantly testing a new bridge! We’ve just heard that they hope to get us through by 11AM, which means we’ll be idling here for over an hour. If these lights start flashing, we’re in deep shit as the sign says, “Live firing in progress when flashing.” Whatever next?!! 😳😬
