Went to dozens of games here during the Killer B's glory years in the early 00s (2000s, ots?). The Astros seem poised for a similar stretch of success all over again. Can't decide if I'm disappointed or glad they got rid of Tal's Hill in center field, but 409 is certainly a more reasonable depth than 436. Plus it looks better out there. While I don't love the feel of the building with the roof closed, the air conditioning makes up for the altered ambiance. I hope the new Rangers stadium will improve upon this model rather than replicate it. All-in-all, it's a fun stadium and I've got some great memories of coming to games here. Oh, and almost forgot: do yourself a favor and wait in the insanely long line for Torchy's Tacos. So good! #Houston #Astros #baseball
