Kings Head restaurant in Galway. The story is that the original owner of the bar came in possession King Charles I head and sold it for a tidy sum. He subsequently purchased the property and constructed the bar. We ate an excellent burger here. The menu has some darkly amusing names. Rhonda’s drink was the Executioner’s Desert, a coffee liquor.
