My Paris midnight snack: Mousse de Canard with Figs and Gouda with truffles on garlic croutons. Washed down with bubbly rose Muscat. Vanilla Pot de Creme for a sweet and smooth ending, my absolute favourite dessert. (It’s funny and ironic to note that the pot de creme is made by Nestle, not french at all! Just not sold in Canada, sadly.)
