Russian border patrol with the Finnish Border Guard. The FBG is like the Coast Guard and Customs and Border Protection combined. They have marine, air and land units and broad authorities, similar to us. One thing they have we don't is a floating smallboat station concept. The whole station rises and falls with the tide, and the boats tie up right to it. The layout is compact, efficient and comfortable. Another exceptionally professional Service sporting the famous racing stripe. #coastguard #borderguard
