And we’re off on another adventure! First up: Toronto—a perfect pit stop before heading to the stunning Niagara Falls. But whoa, talk about a cold wake-up call! It’s a brisk -10°C at night and only a high of -2°C during the day. Definitely not T-shirt weather! Day 1 is all about taking it easy—what better way to kick things off than with a cozy coffee and a flaky croissant at Mofer? Now, that’s how you start an adventure!

I was honestly shocked by how sizeable Toronto is – definitely not what I expected! It’s very much English influenced city, but with its close proximity to Quebec and its French history you can feel a little European charm. And let me tell you, the pastries are out of this world! I want to try everything.

Toronto doesn’t scream “tourist trap” like some cities, but that’s because the real tourist magnet is Niagara Falls, just an hour’s drive away.
