Vienna 23-26 September Started our journey on 22nd September started our journey 2023 …first we gone to Chennai .. from there in the early morning gone to Doha.. after 5 hours waiting time the connection fight taken us to the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria Accommodation: Estate ine friends near to the city and got it from Airbnb. We walked around 3 km and reach the city centre through through air to train in the morning. The city centre was not by not crowded at all. We visited the cathedral first place in our tour and witness the Sunday prayer. The climate was little chill in the morning.. next day onwards, manage with thermals and sweaters.. Saint Stephens Cathedral - the oldest and biggest cathedral in Vienna around eight years old. We visited the top of the cathedral in the height of 60 feet .. they charged €6… Palace Museum - schonbrunn palace and museum.. having mesmerised interiors and facilities.. a headphone was provided to get details of the palace.. having beautiful and very big garden in the front with red and white flowers.. City tour by Big bus (HOP on HOP off )- an Australian couple helped to get seat in the bus as it was suddenly planned.. the history and geography of the city was narrated through headphones.. the city planning is amazing and this had been done 25 years back to accommodate 25 lakhs people in 2025… Hidden gems of Vienna-walking tour with a guide(Gabi) with unknown friends.. the various architectures and history behind coffee had been explained.. Wine yard in Grenzing - it’s a hill top with lot of wine yards and grapes gardens .. the atmosphere is full green and quite with chill climate…have beautiful view point.. it’s a university premises .. had fresh wine in green colour bcz of grapes harvest season.. Food tasted: HOT DOG - At night from a street side shop … chicken and beef mixed .. good in taste .. suggested by American couple.. Fresh wine - in Grenzing Special coffee of Vienna -in a caffe Fresh orange juice - in supermarkets.. by a machine the fresh oranges are fed for juices based on our demand.. empty bottles (1/2 and 1 liters) are provided nearby to collect juices.. Backed snacks - in supermarkets Travel: We purchased two tickets for three days by which we can travel any buses /trams/metros .. it’s a cheap transportation mode. The city provided for public .. the night. The transportations are available. Near to your flat tram station is available every five minutes trams arriving.. In Vienna UBER service, also very reasonable
