Once you fill the form and handover your passport comeout of the line and at the end along the same platform you have to collect it with your visa pasted inside. On opposite side get into immigration counter and get your passport stamped...may sure they pin the depature card onto your passport. Once thru...collect your bag and come out of airport. Best way to reach the town is taking a airport taxi which is right outside the exit onto left. It is $10 (they accept USD thruout the town...so dont bother changing the currency) for a car and 9 for a tuktuk. Once I reached hotel I found my hotel name is changed and they have no booking on my name which I made online. The hotel I booked was JOKER HOTEL on Son Sak road. So call the hotel directly and confirm before you go.
