My mother is an American lady but my father belongs to Netherlands but I didn’t go to Netherlands to visit my father’s family and home country. However, last spring, when we were planning to visit any foreign during vacations that my father got as reward from his company then we decided to go Netherland. I was very happy that finally at the age of 25, I am going to visit my father’s hometown, his school, home and college as well. Our flight landed at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport of Netherlands but we didn’t checked in any hotel because we had to stay at home of my father’s childhood friend. Uncle Carr was very friendly man and he told me too many funny stories of my father’s childhood. With the population of 832,563 Amsterdam is a very attractive city for tourists. We visited many places here but firstly, I will talk about the Dutch seafood that was the most delicious seafood that I ever ate. If you have interest in arts or history then national museum of Netherlands will inspire you a lot. On third day of our journey, we visited Rijksmuseum museum of Amsterdam that is situated at museum square. The building of museum was looking dazzling and amazing thing is that museum has 1 million collection of arts and history oriented stuff. It was an amazing tour especially the view of Amstel River brings you in imaginative world of dreams. When also shopped a lot at Netherlands but I like lamps the most that Mom purchase from a lamp store (http://www.purelamps.com ) for me.
