Jauntlet Terms of Service

1. SERVICES: Jauntlet, owned and operated by Tom's Apps, LLC in New York, USA, provides a service which allows you as the user to plan your travels or other activities related to being in various locations at various times. You may share these plans on other sites and interact with other users of Jauntlet. By using Jauntlet whether on the website jauntlet.com or through services provided by Jauntlet which are integrated on other websites, you are bound by these Term of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy at http://jauntlet.com/privacy .
2. CHANGES: These TOS may change at any time. You will be bound by the most recent version available at http://jauntlet.com/terms and Jauntlet's privacy policy available at http://jauntlet.com/privacy .
3. AGE: You are bound by agreeing to these TOS to certify you are not under the age of 13 years.
4. USE: You may use Jauntlet for non-commercial personal purposes. Users wishing to use Jauntlet for any other purpose must contact Jauntlet at info AT juantlet DOT com and receive explicit permission to do so. Any service provided by Jauntlet to you must always be made available at no cost to the other users. 5. NO LIABILITIES: Tom's Apps, LLC offers no warranties or guarantees of service. The service may be unavailable or fail at any time for any reason. Use of Jauntlet is at the full risk of the user. Tom's Apps, LLC assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may result from use of this service and information obtained through it, including, but not limited to, private information disclosure, dangerous activity, illegal activity, physical damage, financial loss, and emotional damage. Jauntlet offer no warrantee or assurance that any personal information stored with Jauntlet including, but not limited to, passwords and email addresses may be inadvertently exposed to the public or certain individuals. Jauntlet offers no indemnity that use of Jauntlet may violate the terms of service of other websites or any local, national, or international laws. You agree to indemnify Tom's Apps, LLC from any and all legal claims that may result your use of Jauntlet's services.
6. ILLEGAL AND INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES: You may not conduct any illegal or inappropriate activity on or through Jauntlet including, but not limited to: Harassing other users. Stalking other users. Posting defamatory material. Posting misleading or false information. Posting offensive or obscene material. Submitting any material for which you do not have the legal rights. Posting illegal items under the laws of any country or state.
7. ACCOUNTS AND SUBMITTED MATERIAL: All material and content uploaded and stored with Jauntlet becomes the property of Tom's Apps, LLC, and may be used for any purpose including promotion or republication in any and all media. Any and all information stored on Jauntlet may be edited or removed at any time for any reason. Any account may be revoked at any time for any reason.
8. THIRD PARTY SERVICES: Jauntlet utilizes the third pary services below. These have separate term of use indicated below. By using Jauntlet you also agree to these terms and future changes that may be made to them. These links are provided as a courtesy and may not be accurate or comprehensive of the third parties' terms of service.

11. JURISDICTION: All use of Jauntlet shall be governed by the laws of The United States of America and New York State.
